Erica Martinez believes that everyone deserves to be heard and supported in a safe, compassionate space. She understands that within this space, individuals can find clarity in their experiences and struggles. Erica works collaboratively with her clients, creating a therapeutic journey that encourages personal growth—on their own terms.
Specializing in working with adolescents and adults, Erica addresses challenges related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma recovery, and the development and maintenance of healthy boundaries. She draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring her methods to meet the unique needs of each individual.
