Services
There is more than one way to help.
Pathways offers individual therapy, family counseling, parent coaching, behavior consultation, groups, and telehealth. The right starting point depends on the person, the concern, and what is happening around them.
Ways we work
Choose a service to learn what it can look like.
You do not have to decide on a service before contacting us. These pages are here to help you understand the options.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy gives one person dedicated time with a clinician to make sense of concerns, build useful skills, and work toward goals that matter in everyday life.
Learn more → 02Family Counseling
Family counseling focuses on communication, conflict, transitions, and recurring patterns between people. The goal is not to assign blame, but to understand what is happening and create more workable ways of relating to one another.
Learn more → 03Parent Coaching
Parent coaching gives caregivers a place to step out of the immediate conflict, understand what may be driving a child’s behavior, and develop more intentional ways of responding.
Learn more → 04Behavior Consultation
Behavior consultation helps families understand patterns, triggers, expectations, and environmental factors that may be contributing to a behavior—and then develop practical strategies around what they learn.
Learn more → 05Groups
Groups can create opportunities to build social, emotional, or coping skills in a structured setting while learning alongside peers who may be working on similar things.
Learn more → 06Telehealth
Telehealth can make therapy easier to access when travel, scheduling, health, or other practical constraints make regular in-person appointments difficult.
Learn more →How we decide where to start
The format is a tool—not the goal.
A child may benefit from individual therapy while the parents receive coaching. A family may need to work on a communication pattern together. Someone else may only need individual sessions, or may prefer telehealth when it is clinically appropriate.
We start by understanding the concern, age, goals, environment, and practical needs. From there, the office and clinician can help determine a reasonable starting point.
