Who we help

Different ages and different challenges call for different kinds of support.

Pathways works with children, teens, adults, parents, and families. You do not need to know exactly what kind of therapy you are looking for before you reach out.

Not sure where the concern fits?

You do not need to sort it into the right category first.

Many concerns overlap. Anxiety can affect school, behavior, relationships, sleep, confidence, and the whole family. A teenager’s difficulty may call for individual therapy and some parent support. An adult may come in for anxiety and discover that relationships or past experiences are part of the picture.

The first job is to understand what is happening. The treatment format can follow from there.
