Make sense of what feels overwhelming
Slow things down enough to understand emotions, stressors, relationships, and patterns.
Who we help · Teens
Adolescence can bring more independence at the same time that school, friendships, identity, family expectations, and emotions become more complicated. Therapy can give teens room to sort through that complexity without feeling judged or lectured.

How we think about the work
A strong therapeutic relationship gives adolescents a place to be honest, think through choices, understand patterns, and build ways of coping that feel realistic—not scripted.
Parent involvement is handled thoughtfully and depends on the teen’s age, needs, goals, and safety considerations. The aim is to respect the teen’s growing independence while helping families communicate and support progress outside sessions.

Develop practical ways to manage anxiety, mood, pressure, conflict, and difficult decisions.
Work toward clearer boundaries and more workable conversations at home and in relationships.
